Beam 13 Repair

Contractor: BVR Construction Co., Inc.

Concrete Supplier: United Materials, L.L.C.

Novomesh 850 secondary reinforcement for Composite Metal Deck and Slab on Grade replacing 6X6XW2.9 (6 gauge) wire mesh.

Cannon Design specifies a blend of steel fiber and micro-synthetic fiber (Novomesh 850) for secondary reinforcement of slabs on grade and Composite Metal Deck.  This was the first time that Ideal Concrete had worked with Novomesh 850, and the 30,000 square feet was easily pumped and placed, and the finish looked great.
